Facilitated debrief
A ninety-minute working session led by the LDP team, on site or remote, that turns the Team Blueprint into decisions about how you meet, plan, give feedback and run retros.

Certification
Train internal facilitators to run 7CoreX debriefs across your organization. Includes materials, access to the consultant Console and ongoing support.

How it runs.
Week 1 · Everyone takes it
We send a private link to each member. Ten minutes each, fully asynchronous.
Week 2 · You get the reports
Each person gets their 7CoreX Profile; the Team Blueprint goes to the leader and to us.
Week 3 · Debrief
During this session, we walk through the cores, examine the blind spots, and leave you with clear next steps and a way to track them.
