What we believe.
AI is taking the routine off leaders' plates. What's left is the human part: attention, trust, energy, the moment a team decides to care. We think that part can be designed, and we think the best models for it are the coaches, teachers, directors and guides who shaped us before we ever had a job.
Leadership Development Partners is a leadership development firm built around a simple belief: people learn leadership by experiencing it. We design practical, high-energy learning experiences that help leaders communicate better, build stronger teams, manage with greater confidence, and create workplaces where people can perform at their best.
Our work combines evidence-based leadership practices with experiential learning — less passive training, more practice, reflection, conversation, challenge, and tools leaders can use the very next day.

Christine Courtney
Founder · Author of Work, ReimaginedChristine Courtney is a leadership expert, speaker, and the founder and CEO of Leadership Development Partners, a firm dedicated to helping leaders design workplaces where people don’t just show up—they light up.
Christine also serves as the president of The Leadership Program, an organization that reaches thousands of students across New York City each year, bringing experiential leadership development and violence prevention into schools and communities. There she has helped create multiple curriculum books for students, teachers, and parents on leadership that have been recognized by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, the Office of Safe and Supportive Schools, and the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL).
With a background that blends performer, educator, and business operator, Christine has spent her career studying how people learn, engage, and perform at their best. She has worked with organizations across industries —Google, Tradeweb, Visa, Nuveen, PwC, AECOM, Mount Sinai Hospital, Veterans Benefits Administration, DBI Projects, and Brooklyn Brewery.
Named a Vistage Top Performer and a Top New Speaker, Christine has delivered hundreds of leadership sessions and keynote speeches to executives and rising leaders, and is known for her high-energy, experiential approach that blends storytelling, strategy, and practical tools. She also completed Stanford University’s Executive Leadership Development program and graduated from the University of the Arts.
She is the host of the podcast Stepping into Your Leadership, where she explores what it takes to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact. She also hosts and attends ridiculously awesome dinner parties.
